Setup Guide
- 1.
Go to Settings
Open your workspace settings and select the Integrations tab.

Pick a Platform
Click Install on the platform you want to connect. You’ll be redirected to authorize the connection.

Authorize Access
Grant Project Feed permission to post to your Slack or Discord workspace. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Map Channels
Map Project Feed projects to specific channels. Choose the direction: outbound, inbound, or both.

Set Up Digests (Optional)
Turn on scheduled digests to bundle updates into periodic summaries instead of sending individual messages.
Channel Mapping
Channel mappings control how updates flow between Project Feed and your connected platform. Each mapping links a project to a specific channel.
Outbound
New posts in Project Feed are sent to the connected channel.
Inbound
Messages in the connected channel create posts in Project Feed.
Both
Updates flow in both directions for full synchronization.
Security & Limits
Token Encryption
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Tokens are never exposed in the UI after the initial authorization.
OAuth 2.0 Flow
Authorization uses the standard OAuth 2.0 code flow with encrypted state parameters to prevent CSRF attacks.
Event Deduplication
Inbound events are deduplicated by platform event ID. Unprocessed events expire after 24 hours.
Rate Limiting
Buffer operations are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Attachment sizes and quotas are configurable per channel mapping.
