Project Feed has three plans: Free, Pro, and Pro Plus. This page covers how billing works once you're on a paid plan and how to manage your subscription.

Paid plans are billed per seat (workspace member) on a monthly or annual basis. You're only charged for active members, so removing someone lowers your next invoice automatically.
Each plan has a per-seat price. Adding members mid-cycle prorates the charge. Annual billing gets you a discount.
Your features remain fully active while your payment is past due. Please update your payment method to avoid losing access when the subscription is cancelled by Lemon Squeezy.
Head to Workspace Settings → Billingand pick a plan. You'll land on a secure checkout page to enter payment details.
Switch to a lower plan whenever you want. The change kicks in at the end of your current billing cycle, so Pro features stay available until then.
Update your credit card or payment method from the billing portal. Click “Manage Subscription” to open your payment dashboard.
When you switch from Pro to Free, your workspace keeps working but some features become unavailable once the current billing cycle ends.
Free workspaces support up to 3 members. If you have more than 3 when you downgrade, existing members stay but you can't invite anyone new until you're under the limit.
Existing media and projects aren't deleted. You just can't upload new files or create new projects once you hit Free-tier limits.
Share links, webhooks, integrations, and analytics stop working. Existing share links go inactive and webhook deliveries pause. Everything picks back up if you upgrade again.
Nothing gets deleted when you downgrade. Posts, comments, media, and tasks are all preserved regardless of plan.
The Free plan is fully functional for small teams. Here are the limits to keep in mind.
Up to 3 workspace members. Invite more by upgrading to Pro.
Up to 5 active projects per workspace.
5 GB total media storage. 6 attachments per post.
Up to 50 tasks per project. Unlimited on Pro.
Pro Plus is a self-serve plan at $18/seat/month that adds enterprise-grade security and compliance features on top of everything in Pro. Upgrade directly from your billing page — no sales call required.
Pro Plus includes SSO/OIDC authentication, SCIM user provisioning, IP Allowlist, audit log compliance tools, encryption controls, and a compliance dashboard.
When you downgrade from Pro Plus to Pro, the following changes take effect at the end of your billing period:
All SSO/OIDC configurations are deactivated. Members will need to sign in with another method.
Active SCIM tokens are revoked. Automated user provisioning will stop.
IP allowlist enforcement is turned off. All IPs can access the workspace.
Advanced audit log retention and compliance tools become read-only. Existing audit data is preserved.
