Personalize how Project Feed looks and feels. All appearance settings are per-user and apply across every workspace you belong to. Configure them from Account → Settings → Appearance.
Choose how Project Feed determines which theme to display. You can manually select a theme or let the app follow your operating system's light/dark preference automatically.
Pick a specific light or dark theme and it stays fixed regardless of your OS settings. Useful if you always prefer one mode.
Automatically switches between your chosen light theme and dark theme based on your operating system's appearance setting. When your OS switches to dark mode, Project Feed follows.
Project Feed lets you configure separate themes for light mode and dark mode. When using System mode, the app automatically applies the correct theme based on your OS preference. When using manual mode, only the theme for the selected mode is active.
Six built-in themes are available, each providing a distinct color palette that changes the look of the entire application — backgrounds, borders, cards, and text colors all adapt to the selected theme. Preview each theme before applying to find the one that suits your workflow.
Adjust the base font size across the app to improve readability.
A compact text size that fits more content on screen. Best for users who prefer information density.
The standard text size balanced for readability and content density. Recommended for most users.
A larger text size for improved readability. Ideal for high-resolution displays or users who prefer bigger text.
Control the maximum width of the feed and content areas. This affects how posts, comments, and other content panels are laid out on wider screens.
A narrower content area that keeps text lines shorter and easier to scan. Works well for text-heavy feeds.
The standard content width that balances readability with space for media and attachments.
A wider layout that takes advantage of large monitors. Best for media-rich posts with images, videos, and 3D files.
Customize the primary accent color used throughout the app for interactive elements such as buttons, links, toggles, and focus rings. The accent color is applied on top of your selected theme, so it works with both light and dark modes.
An accessibility toggle that disables or minimizes animations throughout the app. When enabled, transitions, hover effects, and loading animations are reduced to simple fades or removed entirely. This is helpful for users who experience motion sensitivity or prefer a calmer interface.
System mode ensures Project Feed matches the rest of your desktop. You still get to pick which light and dark themes are used — the OS only controls the switch between them.
Font size, content width, and reduced motion work together. For example, pairing a large font size with compact width keeps lines short and readable, while wide width with a small font maximizes information density.
Appearance preferences are tied to your user account, not a specific workspace. Change them once and they apply everywhere you use Project Feed, across all your workspaces and devices.
